Your use of this Website in any manner, whether browsing, activating an account with us or making a purchase, constitutes your acknowledgement that you have read the Terms and Conditions and that you agree to follow and be bound by them. Shiraz Jewels, LLC. reserves the right to modify or change the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to you. Therefore, we recommend that you please read them carefully each time you use this Website.

Guarantee/Refund Policy 
We guarantee satisfaction and quality on all items purchased from Shiraz Jewels, LLC. Our jewelry leaves our facility in perfect condition after undergoing stringent quality assurances. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery for exchange or refund under certain conditions. Jewelry items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, depending on the item or ring size ordered. Custom manufactured jewelry items are non-refundable.  Diamond purchases are subject to a 3% restocking fee, which may be used as credit towards a future purchase. All merchandise must be returned to us fully insured, with a tracking number and signature delivery and must arrive at our return address within 7 days of receiving the item. When returning an item, please include a copy of the invoice. Please contact us if making a return or to report any problems. 

Taxes
New York State residents who are not in the trade must pay 8.625% sales tax added to the sale and delivery price.

Layaway Plan
We offer you the convenience to make your purchase through our Layaway Plan. A twenty five percent (25%) deposit of the purchase price is required to hold your item. Subsequent payments must be paid every one-two weeks and must be paid in full within one months (30 days) from the initial deposit date. Deposits are non-refundable after 7 days, and can be used for future store credit if an order is canceled. We can also arrange that your credit card be automatically charged per a mutually agreed schedule.

Inventory displayed on our website many not accurately represent inventory we actually have in stock at any given time.  Product prices are subject to change without notice. On occasion, information and details may be inaccurately displayed on our site due to system or human error.  We do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. Shiraz Jewels, LLC. is not responsible for typographical errors. Further, Shiraz Jewels, LLC. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders containing any error, inaccuracy or omission, whether or not the order has been submitted, confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Shiraz Jewels, LLC. shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card.
